Renovation Application Form

Majority of renovations require approval from the Strata Committee prior to the commencement of works. Please fill this form and follow its instructions. *Please note: Painting of internal walls and re-carpeting do not require an application. Although if you are re-carpeting your apartment you will need to fill out the Moving Form for moving the carpet through common areas. – Click here to download

Moving Form and Instructions

Prior to moving large items such as furniture in or out of your apartment, a move must be booked in with the Building Management via Mybos. If you do not know your login details, please let us know and we will send them to you. – Click here to download

Pet Application Form

Residents who wish to keep pets at the building should read and complete the Pet Application Form. Download Pet Application Form

Storage Cage Application

Loose items such as cardboard boxes, containers, bags which are not kept within an approved secure storage facility in car spaces are not permitted. We kindly remind residents to relocate or dispose of these items, otherwise submit an application for a new storage facility. Download the Storage Cage Application Form
